My name is Renato Veloso, I’m from Portugal and over the past few years I've been working in the telecommunications field (in both fixed and mobile network).
Driven by the constant desire to deepen and gain more knowledge and expertise in the telecommunications world, meet new people and embrace new challenging projects I'm now looking for a new international professional project.
With a work experience on a telecom operator (Portugal Telecom) where I successfully dealt with multiple high stressful situations applying an analytical and rational approach
to solve critical network problems I managed to develop the ability to work under pressure
and improve my problem solving skills.
In my experience in a mobile vendor (Nokia), I developed my ability to analyze the performance and drive the optimization of multiple newly commissioned sites (from various radio technologies like 2G, 3G and LTE) as well as drill any degradation issues through their root cause.
I was also able to deliver an improvement in the network performance KPIs for the optimization clusters or individual sites assigned to me through the analysis of the drive test logs.
In this way, with my easily adaptive nature and desire to learn, my experience and my skills, I believe I can qualify for consideration and be a valuable asset for you, your team and your company.
