Strong Technical Skills, experience &; Management of Optical DWDM & IP/MPLS Fiber metro/ DWDM backbone design, architecture, planning, rollout, Integration, maintenance, synchronization and project management teams.
• Dimensioning of access and backbone SDH and fiber backbone networks (including city fiber metros) and defining of road map in technology choice and review (100G DWDM, IP/MPLS, GMPLS, ASON, Core NGN networks).
• Yearly and Quarterly Access and Core network equipment forecast for 2G/3G/4G rollout and presentation to the management board for approval and onward procurement/deployment.
• Quarterly and Yearly Budget Allocations for management approval on equipment procurement and rollout
• Equipment dimension and technology strategy selection and road map for all transmission, BSS and Core network related sections of the network.
• Coordinate overall scheduling for regional transmission/BSS/Core network project prioritization, efficient and effective use of transmission/BSS/Core network element/spare, capacity, design and integration resources.
• Working with sales and marketing on strategy and priority in 2G, 3G and 4G network rollout and technology type in terms of OPEX savings.
• Process and procedure development for vendors, design standardization, QoS and acceptance test.
