The <a href="http://www.ctu.int/">Caribbean Telecommunications Union</a>, which has been mandated by Caribbean Community (CARICOM) governments to address the issue of digital switchover for the Caribbean as a matter of urgency, is a supporting partner in DBSF Caribbean.<br />
