>* More than 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Channel Partner Management of complex Telecom / IT Software Products, Solutions and Outsourcing activities.
r>* Held various senior positions including Director APAC Operations – Aqsacom Telecom Solutions, Sales Director for APAC - Agilent technologies etc.
* Experience in selling Licenses & Solutions and sound technical background in Telecom OSS & BSS Solutions including, Service Delivery, Fault Management, Billing Mediation, Roaming Management, Wireless QoS Manager, SMS Manager, SS7 Surveillance, Fraud Management, Inventory Management and Lawful Interception etc. Thorough understanding of Fixed, Wireless, Data & Broadband and emerging environment of Telecom.
>* Experience in dealing with major Telecom carriers in Australia (Telstra, Optus, AAPT, Commindico, Vodafone) & New Zealand (Telecom New Zealand), India (Reliance, Bharati, Tata Teleservice, BPL, VSNL, BSNL, MTNL) and also other regional carriers in Singapore (Singtel, MobileOne, Starhub), Malaysia (Telecom Malaysia, Maxis) and Thailand (AIS, CAT).
* Strong project/program management skills, managing delivery teams and remote resources.
r>* Experience in all aspects of business operations including developing Business Plan & Strategies, financial accountability, administration, P&L, marketing, management of country Account Managers, Project managers and Service teams.
<br>* Good in convincing customers on financial benefits to their overall CAPEX & OPEX network equipment budgets and ability to develop convincing ROI models.
* Experience in closing multi-million dollar deals. Strategic Account Management skills r>
* Country working experience in Singapore ( 3 years) , India (15 years) and Australia (12 years). Currently holding Australian Passport.
>* Experience in autonomous environment. Ability to effectively direct & coordinate both local & remote resources.
<br>* Ability to interact with different levels within customer organization. Executive-level sales presence with excellent contacts and experience in selling to “C” level executives.
>* Masters Degree in Telecommunication Engineering & MBA (University of Western Sydney) in International Business & Marketing.
