Co-developed "Go to Market" plan enabling company to generate the investor capital they were seeking.<br>•OTC Wireless - Manufactures of ”triple play” 802.11a/b/g indoor and outdoor wireless networking and wireless video products: Refocused sales and marketing team creating distribution channel program encompassing three hundred A/V resellers.
•LAT, Inc. - Television programming and broadcasting equipment dist.: Restructured company concurrently creating new vertical markets developing a US$60M dollar sales/supply contract in first month of operation. <br>•StarBand Satellite (now a Gilat company) - Satellite Internet services and equipment provider: Identified and successfully developed new customer segment previously unconsidered. Negotiated vendor product cost decrease of 15% and increased margin (company and reseller) with no change to client MSRP.
