Permanent employee at Ericsson Japan as Experienced Solution Architect, in the Region North-East Asia. I work as overall NPI (New Product Introduction) Lead Coordinator for all our WCDMA/LTE Radio Access Network projects. These projects consist in introducing a variety of new RAN products, both LTE and WCDMA, into the customer networks, including new Software, new Hardware and new features. I am responsible for the high-level technical coordination and execution of all these projects, my interfaces are Project Management, Product/Solution Management, teams of Technical Coordinators and Engineers, our peers in and out of the Region, various internal organizations at Ericsson such as Support or PLM/PDU, and our Customers.
Main projects: EAccess Mixed-Mode LTE/WCDMA and RRUS12 Global FFI and Rollout, EAccess FDD-LTE network deployment with RBS6000, Softbank FDD-LTE and LTE/WCDMA Mixed-Mode network deployment, Softbank EVO Controller introduction, Docomo GSM/WCDMA/LTE test network integration.
Main tasks: support for project planning, execution and coordination, cost estimation, requirements analysis, risk analysis, resource recruiting. Participate in customer meetings as the main technical interface, be responsible for the overall technical project execution, ensure that adequate support is obtained from the other Ericsson organizations, participate in meetings with peers throughout the Region (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan) to coordinate the New Product Introduction activities. Steer and support a team of Technical Coordinators responsible of each sub-project area (RAN, Core, IPBB, OSS). Act as an overall technical bridge between Solution Management, Project Delivery and the Customers.
