President and CEO of Tec-Tel Communications based out of Freehold, NJ. Started in 2011 with our Chief Operating Officer, Matthew Trojcak. I have 13 years of industry experience selling Avaya hardware and software to small and midsize clients ranging from 5-2000 stations. I worked for Avaya's largest Business Partner during that stretch and became an expert in handling the day to day aspects of managing and consulting in that space.
At Tec-Tel we believe in a team approach. And we believe communication is key in any good relationship. That's why our first goal was to build a team of people internally that love what they do and enjoy to hang out with each other. We're all very passionate about helping people out anyway we can, so we really focus on keeping an open policy and encourage our staff to be vocal about anything and everything they feel about the business and in life. The same goes for the clients we bring on board. We feel a team approach is the only way to properly understand client needs or even if we’re lacking somewhere. Sometimes hard truth is the best truth for growth which is beneficial for us as well as our clients. When a client and a vendor have a good relationship it makes for better and more frequent communication, which helps avoid potential issues that can become loss in revenue. Our firm belief in the team approach philosophy has really been the most important aspect in our early success.
My hope for this forum is to meet like minded people in the same or similar industries, clients, vendors, or competitors and develop a mutual beneficial relationship for years to come. There is plenty to go around, so let's focus on bridging the world together and unifying through technology!

I was a Sr. Account Manager for 13 years at one of Avaya's up and coming Platinum partners, Empire Technologies who was aquired 10 years into my carreer by NACR Avaya's top Business Partner in the world.
I pride myself in being a Small to Medium Business expert focusing on customers voice and data networks with 1000 users and under across multiple locations. I've specialized in this niche for most of my career and found that most technology companies are not built to support and service the SME community to meet their high demands. I also have extensive knowledge with the Avaya IP Office VOIP system and we provide managed services for Avaya Partners and customers nationwide.
