Business Development – combines market intelligence, understanding of client needs and key technological developments to grow business rapidly by securing the support of key influencers. At DU organized the gradual rollout of indoor networks across over 4000 mobile sites in the UAE through presentations to the company’s Investment Committee, detailing deployment targets based on user profile, user demand and LTE capability. Strategy produced rapid revenue growth, minimized risk and produced a $60m-$80m increment in company revenue growth.
Project Management – well developed people management, communication and solution generation capabilities applied to efficiently plan, monitor and review projects within agreed timescales and budgets. Led DU’s $50m p.a. Soft Cell project and $45m p.a. Digital DAS solutions project, coordinating them across 6 operational verticals, the first time this had been done successfully. Run in parallel with simultaneous commercial product launch dates that resulted in DU being the first to launch an LTE network in the Middle East which was, and still is the fastest in the region.
