I have a rich international experience of Operation Management, Project setup, Business process designing, IT systems implementation across customer lifecycle, Outsourcing, Service strategy, Risk Management, Customer life cycle management, Call centers, Training, Administration and Team management. Have a very successful track record, both in terms of professional & personal achievements.
Post my Management Program, I have spent the last 12.5 years in Service Industry spanning across Telecom & Banking verticals. In these years, I have been through varied assignments in Etisalat (India), Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and BNP Paribas involving Service Operations, Customer Service Strategy Design & Implementation, Mobile Automation, Customer Research & Analysis, Profiling & Segmentation, Risk Management, People & Partner Management. <br>Currently, at Etisalat India I am setting up & managing Pan India Customer Service back-end Operation based out of Mumbai, India.
>The last assignment at Bharti Airtel was, to Head New Activation Operations & Strategy for Pan India based out of Gurgaon. During my tenure at ICICI Bank, I was in charge of managing Risk (Unsecured products) for Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka based out of Bangalore. At Standard Chartered Bank, I was in charge of managing fraud risk (Unsecured products) for North India based out of Delhi.
