Program Manager, Prime System Integration Leader
Responsible for the transformation program at a major Brazilian cable TV, Internet, wired and mobile program integration. It is a large and complex program with many stakeholders and the final objective of the program is to unify the overall solution for 3 companies of the holding. The objective is to work actively on the transformation from the legacy system of each company into a new global definition. The solution comprises OSS/BSS, with CRM, Order Management System, Billing, Cross-functional team integration, such as On-Going, Delivery, Customer engagement and C-level engagement.
Direct the PSI team, of 6 resources engaged in collecting and monitoring all the program information regarding on-going and project status.
As PSI director, I am always involved in pre-sales, offers, RFP and strategic discussions regarding customer needs, such as, Quad Play solution, OSS architecture gap, and quick wins to accelerate gaps resolutions.
Report overall program status to the customer managers and C-level board.
Program governance, ongoing KPI collection and report to customer Operation Director.
Creation and update the integrated project plan to monitor the evolution of the program necessities are the overall responsibilities.
Lead the scoping meeting of DTH (Direct 2 Home) TV project, followed up action items and reviewed business requirements with customer team. Quad play was part of the discussion, including broadband internet, phone, TV and mobile phone solution.
Ongoing control and monitoring over the Level 3 offshore team, in India and also with São Carlos team, for defect fix delivery, SLA management.
Huge interaction with Incident Manager to understand the root-cause analysis and focusing on decreasing the incidents prioritizing the most business impacting defects.
IT Operations for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Peru support, integrating the training needs for all regions. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations about the hiring, onboarding and training process of all employees of the development centers.
