I am an experienced and accomplished Business Development professional offering over 10 years of success in developing and managing sales and marketing activities within the Telecoms/IT and Media Agency sectors. My previous clients include some of the top 500 largest companies in the world such as Siemens, Sony, Nestle, DHL, Mitsubishi, Pfizer, Schering-Plough and Fresenius Kabi, while I was attached with a WPP agency. Having left the agency sector, I was responsible for leading the international expansion of two telecoms businesses into the UK and European markets – one being a mobile marketing and payments company, and secondly, a carrier networks company. My recent clients include SAP, Ericsson, Telefonica, Vodafone, Skype, TATA, Telia, Belgacom, Jersey Telecom, C&W, Gemalto, Paypal, WhatsApp, Viber, Twilio and Nexmo amongst others.
In my recent role, I was responsible for a sales team delivering a revenue turnover of €10 mil per annum. Managing a team in London with frequent business travels, I was responsible for key account management, sales forecasting and reporting, sales commission structures, lead generation as well as recruitment, development and performance management of the sales team. This is in addition to other related responsibilities such as developing product roadmaps, launching new products, overseeing marketing activities, speaking at trade events to writing whitepapers.
