Well the perspective that we are looking for is the profitability of a subscriber to the Telco operator. A perspective that can be applied is the non-profitability of the subscriber, for example in the case of an off-network roaming subscriber. This subscriber may be costing more to the operator than the revenue that is generated.
The objective is to identify profitable subscribers Vs non-profitable subscribers,
- identify opportunity to cross-sell/Up sell
- For the non-profitable subscribers can me identified and convert them to profitable subscribers or churn them.
