Yes this is true but this requires more than one device. I would guess in the end we all want one device, one connection, one service provider.
The handset limitations are a major show-stopper. For those of us that work in the industry, we understand the technology and what it can deliver but the average guy in the street wants simply to make calls, send messages and over time use the same device like he does his PC at home. Until the networks and handsets can genuinely address this need i.e. one device with one (fast) service level, the adoption rate will be slower than the current wish by the Service Providers and we will remain frustrated with the penetration of high-speed services.
