I am presently employed as Export Manager, for CUE DEE Produkter AB, a Swedish company working with Antenna Support Structures (Mast and Towers). I am responsible for all areas in relation to the company’s export/sales.
My present responsibilities include all aspects relating to business development activities abroad including: Develop strategic plans and goals, Market plans, Identifying potentials for new business,
Establish cooperation with resellers / partners and maintaining/ developing relationships with partners and key clients.
Prepare and submit quotations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and finalise contracts with our partners, resellers and clients.
Responsible for our key-accounts abroad, ensure client satisfaction and retention of accounts.
Close liaison with larger clients to identify project specific solutions based on the clients’ specification and different national regulations / codes, support the clients with technical expertise and responsible for all commercial / contractual issues.
Support existing partners and resellers abroad in their marketing activities, the provision of technical expertise and commercial support through meetings with our partners’ key-clients, primarily during the negotiation of larger contracts.
Responsible CUE DEE Produkter AB’s international marketing activities including the participation of the company in international exhibitions.
To date my greatest achievement has been to broaden our existing client base to include NokiaSiemensNetworks, firmly establishing our company on the African market and finalizing a Multi Million Euro contract with a new operator Playmobile (P4) in Poland.
