I have over eight years of experience in the line HR management including:
- Recruitment and staffing: Identifying recruitment and staffing needs and developing recruitment plans, processes and policies; implementing recruitment activities such as sourcing, sifting and selecting potential candidates; conducting behavioural interviews based on the job requirements and competency profiles and providing recommendations.
- Learning and development: Identifying training needs and managing the company’s training budget accordingly. Developing a training plan in coordination with management, coordinating the implementation of the training activities and ensuring training results conform with the learning objectives.
- Performance management: Assessing existing performance management systems (if available) and identifying areas for improvement; defining and agreeing on the design principles of the “To-Be” performance management system; developing performance management systems including: performance measures, criteria and weights, cycle and frequency, scoring methodology; forms, etc.
I have also worked on several consulting projects in the UAEregion in both the governmental and non-governmental industries. Some of the assignments included performance management systems, competency frameworks and HR policies and procedures.
