Michal is an acting Manager of Strategy Development and Market Intelligence Unit at Polkomtel S.A.
He has a very strong background in Telecommunication industry.
His professional carrer started when he joined Marketing Strategy Department at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., Polish fixed incumbent (part of France Telecom Group). Initially responsible for project management and new products development. Afterthat, strategic development process and financial planning.
After 3 years, Michal decided to join PTC Sp. z o.o., Polish mobile network operator (part of T-Mobile Group), where he was in charge of pricing strategy (including new tariffs development, pricing strategy coordination, business cases development and evaluation).
Recently he worked on a project of cortporate startegy development for Orange PL.
Today - as an acting Manager of Strategy Development and Market Intelligence Unit at Polkomtel S.A. (Polish MNO, with shares owned by Vodafone and TDC) - Michal is responsible for corporate and functional strategies development and coordination, evaluation of new products/services potential, market intelligence and direct cooperation with the Management Board (i.e. reporting company performance, competition analysis, presenting recent trends in telco industry, recommendations for new products/services).
