To clarify NetCracker is now part of NEC, Cramer is now part of AMDOCs. MetaSolv is now part of Oracle's Comm SFS portfolio that includes other legacy Inventory systems i.e. Objectel OMS. Oracle's latest is UIM, which their MetaSolv and Objectel customers are being led towards. I haven't see Clarity, Visionael in North America. US Market is mostly split between Oracle, Telcordia ...NetCracker a distant 3rd and then everybody else.
I might also suggest CircuitVision, formerly a strong player but is still out there and independent. Another I would mention, (since I work for them) is TierONE OSS's NetPortal Suite for real-time Inventory and Provisioning, with limited deployments in Canada (Allstream, Rogers) and in the US (Verizon).
