Professional with long experience in executive roles, developing New Business around Emerging New Technologies. After several years in technical roles as Systems Engineer and Project Manager, he joined Marketing & Sales activities as Sales Manager for different Companies. During the last years the assigned roles were Director and General Manager taking the whole responsibility of creating Business. There are several key factors to describe him, like his analytical approach to the different situations as well as his creative mentality, factors that helped him to achieve the following goals.
EXPERIENCE & PROFESSIONAL GOALS:
January 2002 till Present - Senior Manager of tx-soluciones.
Advisor and Consultancy Services; supporting companies in analysing and launching New initiatives in the European Market (MVNOs and VoIP Operators), introducing new products and solutions in the Spanish market.
Project Development Services; mainly to guaranty good quality coverage for GSM, DCS, UMTS, WiFi, ... Networks. Our main successful business is selling and installing repeater systems in bad coverage situations.
For this projects the main customers were the Telecom Operators & Service Providers in Spain and Portugal (Telefónica, Orange, Vodafone, Yoigo, ONO, Metrored, Euskaltel, Telecable, TMN, Optimus,…). In some of this projects a closed relationship was required with System Integrators (HP, Atos-Origin, IBM Global Services, INDRA,…) as well as with OSS/BSS providers (Comverse, Amdocs-Cramer, Comptel,…) for complex integrations, and with Mobile Services Platforms providers (XIAM, Unipier, Pontis, Changing Worlds,…) for Content Management, Cross-selling, Profiling, Personalization…
As a concrete example of the type of goals, I started to work with one of the Spanish Tier 1 mobile operator, and I took the first order in less than four months.
Sept 2000 till Dec 2001 - Senior Executive (Principal) in PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting.
The two main roles developed during this professional period are: Create the Mobility Practice within the Spanish branch as well as Customer Development (that means Sales for 3M$) for the Telecommunications & Media Industry Sector, running projects like Multi Device Portal Set Up for a Telecommunications Operator, Define B2B, B2C and B2E Strategies for different companies, and New Services Launching.During this period, the main customers addressed were all Spanish Telecommunications Operator
