My latest responsibilities were with the Avaya team that supported their Alliance with HP. My job was bringing together the Avaya and HP sales teams to pursue opportunities. I was responsible for the East Coast and Federal Government business.
The other area where I excel is making sure that I - and my colleagues - understand the goals, the objectives, the timeline, what problem we are solving - and then driving towards results with a sense of urgency.
That is - customers/end-users aren't looking to buy products - they need to have a problem solved, have "pain points" addressed - and - they need to be made aware of the value, the benefits that the solution can bring - over and above - simply solving their problem.
I have many years of experience and success in accomplishing the above.<br>
