DUBLIN, Nov. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Cloud-based enterprise applications provider Bodru.com now offers essential business tools for free. The newly launched free service includes collaboration, CRM, and document storage features designed for small and medium sized businesses.

Getting to "Inbox Zero" with an internal social network:

Bodru.com users are encouraged to post short notes throughout the day, about phone calls, meetings, emails, or any other communication with customers or vendors. These automatically appear on the news feed pages of their coworkers, keeping everyone up to date about the latest developments in the company.

A powerful feature of Bodru.com is to establish "connections" between notes and customers, contacts, or specific business opportunities.

Users can click on the name of a person mentioned in a note about a phone call, and instantly view all other notes written earlier about that person. Browsing relationships this way, managers and sales professionals can instantly get a detailed history of any customer, or business opportunity.

Integrated Document Storage:

Bodru lets users attach files to their notes, including photos, PDFs, word processing files, etc. It is even possible to use Bodru as an online storage service, by uploading files this way and entering keywords into the notes the files are attached to. A powerful search engine instantly brings up notes with matching keywords, along with the files they contain.

Mobile App:

BodruConnect, a free app on Google Play Store gives mobile users access to their data from any Android device. The app also uses push notifications to alert users about new notes and comments. An iOS app is on the way.

Bodru Free includes up to 5 users, web and mobile access, and unlimited notes. It will keep track of up to 250 customers and 3 opportunities. Upgrading to a Premium account removes all of these restrictions, provides 50 GB of shared space to store documents, and allows setting different access rights on each object for additional security.
