Joining DCT as an Account Service Representative, Debbie Monroe will be instrumental in fulfilling DCT's unique approach to proactive account management and customer service, ensuring clients on-going process and cost improvements. Ms. Monroe's career spans 18 years, with an extensive background in the telecommunications and technology industries. Her past experience includes serving as the Telecommunications Manager for the City of Cleveland, in which she led the conversion to VoIP technology and established telecommunications for a new command center. The combination of Ms. Monroe's industry knowledge, results-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively throughout all levels of an organization will enable her to contribute successfully to DCT's goal of deploying the most current technology and customized services for our customers.
Noreen DeLuca joins DCT as Customer Service Representative. In her role, Ms. DeLuca is responsible for providing service, billing and technical support as a member of DCT's highly regarded customer support team that is dedicated to providing top tier, local customer care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With over 8 years of customer service and proactive account management experience in high energy environments, she will be instrumental in collaborating with both internal and external resources to resolve client inquiries quickly and thoroughly. Ms. DeLuca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University. Her customer-centric, solution-oriented approach has earned her multiple recognitions for customer service throughout her career.
Brett Benesh joins DCT as Field Installation Technician. Collaborating closely with the DCT engineering and project management teams, Mr. Benesh is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of customized solutions for DCT customers through the on-site configuration, testing and installation of key technical components. He joins the organization with over 18 years of project management and business leadership as the owner of a residential remodeling and design firm, and 4 years of experience providing integrated network solutions, including IP telephony, cable and network services for clients in a variety of industries. Mr. Benesh's technical knowledge and commitment to project execution will enable him to quickly contribute to the delivery and management of advanced services for our customers.
