I'm looking for views on protecting us from our own children, in terms of their increasing use of PCs, tablets and smartphones.
Got thinking about this after my sister's e-mail began bombarding me with spam. The family shares a laptop, so while she and my brother-in-law are well versed on viruses and spyware, and generally not clicking on dodgy looking links, it became evident that her three children, well, aren't.
On a professional level I'm curious how this undoes the whole point of installing anti-virus software, while on a personal note I'd appreciate some views on how to educate the children about online dangers - beyond the obvious 'stranger danger' stuff.
