I'd appreciate some input on so-called 'ethnic' MVNOs - services catering exclusively to ex-pat groups.
China Telecom Europe is set to launch a service catering to Chinese living and working in the UK, and I recently heard about a Vodafone Egypt set-up in Italy catering to North Africans.
What I'd like to know is if this business model is growing in the MVNO spance and why? Is there no-longer room for mass-market MVNO's? And does anyone have any other examples of the approach?
